Pastor, Ronald Paige’s murder was in self-defense according to Andre Harris, a 21 year old male Paige tried to rape him. I think Andre Harris may not end up serving too much time because other victims are coming forth. I wonder why the COGIC church tried to cover up this man’s sickness? According to sources this has been going on for years, there are indications that he has been molesting boys at Earle Church of God in Christ as far back as the 80’s.  I realize although he is just a man he should have stepped down as pastor to deal with his issues.  He should not been leading a flock when he is a lost sheep.  I feel sorry for the people who where victimized by this man and nothing was done to protect them.

It shocks and amazes me when I hear someone has killed his or her mother. My mother who I love dearly has sacrificed her life so that my siblings and I did not have to grow up on welfare or live in the projects. She kept a roof over our heads and she kept us fed. We were without lights only once in our lives. And that was because my father stole them. He had them transferred without informing my mom. He took the coward route and just took them for him and the other woman. My mother always looked out for her kids we had clothes for school and holidays. My mother never bought herself anything. Nevertheless, her eyes shined every holiday or school day when she saw us looking all cute. LOL! I remember when my mother saw some kids dressed all up for prom. She said I wonder why all these kids are so dressed up? I then informed her that it was prom day. She asked why did you not tell me? Did you not want to go? I told her she had done enough for me and my goal was to graduate. I didn't want her going out the way buying things for a one day event in my opinion she had done enough. When I graduated, it was a delight to see her eyes beam with pride.

Now, things have changed for my mother God has blessed her tremendously she use to be a borrower now she is a lender. She use to be at the bottom now she is on top. I remember my mother wearing this shirt it had three colors in it white, red and black. She had a black skirt and a pair of white pants she use to wear all the time. I never heard her once complained. Now she has a walk in closet full of clothes and an additional closet to house her clothes. She often goes through her things given them away and that is why I feel God continues to bless her. My mother has a heart that is pure like gold. In saying all of this how, can someone even lift their hands to hurt their mother? How could someone kill his or her mother? I don’t think I could eat enough courage cookies to raise my hands at my mom. When my mom to this date seem like she is angry about something we tip lightly. LOL! We respect and love her! She is our gift from God! I could not have chosen a better mother if I had handpicked her myself!

According to authorities, Jessica Bailey a 31-year-old woman has been charged with aggravated statutory rape of a 16-year-old girl.  The two of them have been living together for 6 months.  The police was dispatched out when the 31-year-old woman and the 16-year- old girl were fighting at Getwell & Knight Arnold Rd. When the police arrived on the scene, they realized the two were in a relationship. The police had to struggle with the teenager as the two of them were separated.  31 yr old Bailey was arrested she has to appear in court on August 29th.  I can’t tell anybody how to live his or her lives because Foxy has to stand before God about Foxy. Nevertheless, if you want to partner up with someone you should partner up with a consenting adult not a 16-year-old child. My real question is where is the 16 year old girl’s mother? Is she a run away? Did her mom know about her lover?   

This weekend has been a shocking and disappointing for the fans of Bernie Mac, 50 actor and comedian. Also to the fans of Isaac Hayes actor and singer.  My heart goes out to both families, Bernie Mac in my opinion will be remembered for his big bright smile that charmed and warm the hearts of Americans each day when he was on the Bernie Mac show.  I really liked him in Mr. 3000 as well! He had his own comedy style, which made him unique in the industry. Isaac Haynes, 65 in my opinion will always be remembered for his deep soulful voice that sung songs like “I stand accused” and “Shaft, etc.

  They both will not be forgotten!

It does seem that there is indeed a thin line between love and hate. In Springdale, Arkansas, police say a man was upset with his girlfriend.  He went to the trailer park where she lived he saw she was working underneath her car and decided to kick the jack from underneath her car.  He discovered the woman underneath his girlfriend’s car was not her.  Thank God, the woman only suffered from minor injuries! Jimmy Ruthford, 41 was arrested Wednesday two days after the incident. He was charged with aggravated assault plus two felonies for burglary and theft charges in connection with unrelated break-in.  Ruthford girlfriend yes I said girlfriend meaning she is still with him.  Called the police stating, “He was upset with her and that, after he arrived to the Northern Hills Trailer Park, he mistook her for the woman under the car”.  Is she smoking he was trying to kill her? She needs to move her trailer to another trailer park far off.  He is a loser!  They should have charged him with attempted murder. 

Woman or men when you are presented with red flags in any relationship. These are indicators that things will get worse. Do not stay thinking you can bring out the greater good in any man or woman. You can’t change people they have to want to change themselves.  I do not want to be anybody’s batting practice while they struggle with their insecurities or anger issues.
