Ya I would like to have a register for the gang members and durg dealers hell for all crimainals. That way you really know who your neighbors are. It seams like the criminals go in and out of jail. In one day out the next.

ALL THE WHILE, THEY PORTRAY THEMSELVES AS VICTIMS OF THE SYSTEM TO THEIR FAMILIES. THEIR FAMILIES HAVE NO IDEA THAT THEY ARE PULLING OUT THEIR PENISES AND MASTURBATING IN FRONT OF THE JAIL STAFF LIKE FREAKING ANIMALS.

amen arkguy. don't mean to harp on this subject. but there are very sick puppies out there. your comment about monkeys at the zoo is exactly what i think when an inmate pulls his dusty d out and exposes himself to me. i once saw a real monkey at the brookfield zoo in chicago doing the same thing without shame.
