Texting and Driving is worse than Smokin' Weed and Driving

Check this out,
Car and Driver has a recent study out that shows a legally drunk person's reaction time behind the wheel is 12% Slower than a sober Driver. The Study also shows that if you have been smoking weed and Driving, your reaction time is slowed by 21%...
And if you are texting and Driving...your reaction time behind the wheel is slowed by 30%.

....And texting while driving is legal.

Thats the sad part Tom, it's legal.

I may as well get me a Huge pot of un-shelled black-eyes peas and start shelling them while driving an try reaching behind my seat an hunt for my coke -a -cola in a bag with a cigarette hanging from my lips .
