First he says to us he is sorry for slavery. No money was given but sorry.

now he has passed a bill honoring Issac Hayes, get real!

Okay our community is in a mess, our country is in a mess, Issac Hayes is somewhere looking up at us and can not do a thing. Did I miss the boat on this one.

Naming building of blacks, having black day is not help us as a community. Wall street is having melt down and he is trying to change the airport to Hayes name. I could understand if he found a cure for a disease or changed world to provide food for everyone.

he sang some songs got famous, move to CA. and then believed in Xenu like God was a fictional person.

Oh but you guys were hard on Nikki and she was inexperience and played the race card. Looks like it is still being played.

I guess when I go the the Dixie Queen he is going to name that the Maxine Smith building or  drive by the Food stamp office  it will be named BB. King building. or better yet the Mata place  will be called the Fred G Sanford station.
just to make blacks feel like citizens of this wonder city

It is time to let go of disappointing loses and fill yourself with positive energy. Lift Steve Cohen up in prayers and God will bless you immensely. Ask God to direct him as he tries to lead his people and correct him where he is wrong.

Nikki will rebound and become stronger with no bitterness. God is guiding her to her true calling and it is a great one. Your ability to love is a gift, use it. Bless them that curse you, pray for them that despitefully use you and say.......for great is your reward... Good to see you back. Things change because of prayer not bitterness

integ, my hat is off to you my friend. I think he needs to finish his term with duct tape over his mouth. But I imagine you'd kind of like me to tape my fingers too.....

Okay, You tell it like it is!!!! Integ, why don't you go out and get some positive truth yourself .You need to practice what you preach. You speak out of both sides of your mouth. On one blog you are spouting racism and false rumors and here you are sounding so righteous.

Okay, Cohen probably knew Isaac as a lot of us did. He was not one to stay to himself. He loved people and people loved him. If Mr Cohen wants to propose something in Isaac's name I say go for it.This is a damned if you do and damned if you don't subject. Sometimes, nothing is good enough for some people. The rest of the year is for my dog Tootsie or Toots who passed away August 18,2008 at home. She was a stray that found us and we had 5 great years with her. She was an abused dog and if you ever came to the house, she would hobble (bark) as you would leave. She loved us and protected us. When my daughter left she had her own room and I find myself looking for her in that room which is across my bedroom Toots came into our lives when I was dealing with some heavy stuff and it seem that God brought us to comfort us and make sure we were together for the end of the journey. She got sick last year and was not the same. Old Toot is buried with our other family dogs in my sister's yard. She has a headstone to remind us that even if you are small, you can be a fighter. She taught me that. On a funny note, when you gave her something to eat and she was finish with it and wanted more, she would wait for you to ask her and then lick her lips... it was a trip because she understood what you were saying. I love you and miss you Tootise...you are free and healed
