Crime in BLACK & WHITE & Schools.. My Opinion

I think the "Black" community has to come together to create a Detour for our youth.. I mean detour as a way to lead the youth away from crime and utilize the free time that they have.. If we as a community can do this, I think "Black" & "White" will see a small turn around in crime, drug, and gang activities. Therefore allowing us to focus on those that may need help more than others... Just My Thoughts!
