Where was the mayor???? I can't believe that the mayor was not at this important meeting! I guess he figured Mayor Wharton could handle it and Director Godwin.  I understand that not all the crime in Memphis is the mayors fault but when you are elected to represent the citizens of a city, then get out there and do your job!
