Suspected Illegal Immigrant Charged With Rape, Impregnating 10-Year-Old Girl

Police arrested  Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez, 37 for rape of a child, A 10 YEAR OLD CHILD ! Why do we continue to allow people to do this? We need to make cases such as this punishable by the death penality!

Is the fact that he is an ILLEGAL alien strike a nerve with anyone else?  Our immigration system is so out of whack that we are allowing other countries pedophiles to come into our country and attack our children!

And another thing where in the hell were the parents of this child to allow her to go full term? Without turning this idiot in? They have to know that a 10 year old is not developed enough to have a child, the baby could have killed her! I am so mad about this right now I can't see straight!

Fly, this type of thing is becoming too common. We have enough crime going on, so we sure don't need the help of illegals. He should be punished to the fullest extent of the law, and should be sent back to where he came from. We have been paying enough for him already, and we will end up paying for this child. The mother should have known about this, she probably was pimping her child. I would not be surprised. People who do this type of thing should be put to DEATH!

This is insane, I did not read anything about the parents, other than checking to see if the house she was staying in was unsafe.

Sooooo sad Fly. I hope they bury him in jail. Give him to the other inmates, etc. I wondered the same thing as y'all - where were her parents while she was obviously pregenant? Why did it take her giving birth for all of this to come out?????

And yes, the fact that he is an illegal strikes a really sore note with me. It might be that she and her family are illegals as well.

We certainly are living in a very sad day & time, when small children can not live in safety from adult perverts molesting them, i think that it is time for Americans to stand up
against our Government allowing this influx of illegal immergrants being here, a sure way for evil to triumph !! is for good people to do nothing !!

I am going to tell you a true even that happened to me.

my friend dated mexicians and she ask me could she bring a friend. ( this was long before I got married) the friend brought a friend and I guess he was for me. So we were sitting in the den and I got up to go in my room to use my bathroom. What did I do that for. I open the bathroom door and I had a habit of taking off my bottoms ( pants to change into sweats. Girl that thing was in my room and was trying kiss me and have sex. I was fighting him and the girl would not come and see what was going on. I was praying and fighting and he was saying that he would give me 30 dollar... BLEEP. Anyway, I stopped and told him that I wanted to have sex with him but he had to take off his clothes. He got up and his underwear was just as nasty as a homeless man with no water. OMG. make a long story even longer. I kept knives near my bed in case someone broke in my house and when he pulled down his pants and his caked underwear I got that knife and placed it on his balls and walk all of those bastards out of my house.

Okay That's exactly what I am talking about, these people come her illegaly and think that they are above the law. We should be able to feel safe in our own homes but the country keeps allowing these criminals in.

No they don't think they are above the law. See in Mexico rape of women are common and many times, do not go to jail. that is why they come here and do what they do
