With his father standing behind him at the corner of Goodman and Hwy. 51 a young man was forced to stand with a sign that read "I like to smoke weed and get caught with it." The father said that he was not going to let this be just "a phase" he was going to nip it in the butt now.He also said that if this didn't work next time he would make his son mow every lawn in their neighborhood.

 Personally I wish I could have been in the area to stop and shake this mans hand. Here is someone that actually cares enough about his son to do something.

Ok here we go again with another child killed by pit bulls. I know alot of you are avid pit bull fans, personally I don't trust them. But I am an animal lover, I have a German shephard. Awhile back Ernie touched on the topic of requiring dangerous animals such as pits, rottweilers, and German shephards being registered. I'm thinking that we may need to register adults. Why were these dogs not properly restrained? If you want to keep pits or any other large breed dog, try ensuring that they can not get out. It's called being a responsible owner!

And now for the parents, where were they? A seven year old does not need to be out and about alone! With the perverts, and killers that are running our streets today you would think that the parents would be keeping an eye on their kids!

It all boils down to lazieness we can't be bothered with actually having to raise our own children or tend to our animals, which have become nothing more than a status symbol. And who pays for our lazieness? Our children! So come on America get off your A@# and do the right thing!

Come on guys we have been complaining about this continues blogging thing you guys have started (Jil Monier/Edmond Ford). Yes we are interested in what is going on but you have made it impossible to blog ourselves. If you don't  want us here just tell us!

Police arrested  Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez, 37 for rape of a child, A 10 YEAR OLD CHILD ! Why do we continue to allow people to do this? We need to make cases such as this punishable by the death penality!

Is the fact that he is an ILLEGAL alien strike a nerve with anyone else?  Our immigration system is so out of whack that we are allowing other countries pedophiles to come into our country and attack our children!

And another thing where in the hell were the parents of this child to allow her to go full term? Without turning this idiot in? They have to know that a 10 year old is not developed enough to have a child, the baby could have killed her! I am so mad about this right now I can't see straight!

WHAT?

When I first read this headline I couldn't believe it. A hispanic man attacked his Black girlfriend because she wanted their 4 YEAR OLD to join her gang the crips and he wanted the child to join his gang the westside ballers. Does anyone else see something wrong here? What really surprised me is that the story did not mention anything about child services checking in on this child. What is wrong with these people?

With all of the sad blogs of children drowning this is one that I haven't heard anyone talk about. While I do not know the gentelamn that lost his life trying to help someone else, I do know his step-daughter, she is a wonderful person that teaches at my wifes school. My wife and I are praying for her and her family.

Why is it so many Memphis drivers don't have insurance???????????????????????

About 18 months ago my wife was in a head-on crash with a guy who not only ran the red light but also did not have a license or insurance. Then last night as I was going home some idiot decided that he was about miss his exit and without warning veered across two lanes to try and make the turn lane that I was currently in. The damage to my truck was not that bad, a small dent, and no one was hurt, but the thing that gets me is the first thing he said when he got out of his suv (which was missing 3 windows, a fender, and both taillights) was that he did not have insurance. Why not? In California if you are caught driving without insurance they tow your car, here they give you a ticket, and let you drive off. WHY?

First and foremost that is the answer I want . This time a three to six month old baby boy was found next to a car seat along side of a road by hikers. According to initial examinations by the cororner the child died of head trauma, they believe that he was thrown from a moving car. I don't get it how could anyone want to hurt a baby? This story has me really upset, my wife and I adopted our son and I have the utmost respect for the birthmother for what she did, she loved him so much that she gave him up. Yet we hear about tragedies such as this one. There are safe drop offs so that you can drop a child and you will not be arrested, questioned, anything! I just don't get it!
